Refund policy

The seller voluntarily grants customers a 14-day return policy starting from the date of receipt of the goods.

 

Requirements

The goods must be unused, undamaged, complete, and—where applicable—in their original packaging.

 

Exceptions (Hygiene and Product Protection)

For hygiene and product protection reasons, opened or unsealed cosmetic products, as well as items that are not suitable for return for health protection reasons, are specifically excluded, provided that the seal was removed after delivery.

 

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

Refund

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method as soon as the return has been inspected.
