Formulated with rice bran water and rice bran from Yeoju, a region famous for nutrient-rich rice, this vegan toner provides noticeable smoothness, elasticity, and a natural glow after just a few applications.

The formula combines traditional Korean cosmetic ingredients with modern active ingredients such as Niacinamide, which helps improve skin tone, regulate sebum production, and impart additional radiance. Glycerin enhances hydration, and Adenosine supports skin elasticity for a plump, healthy skin feel.

The toner comes in a two-phase format: water and emulsion combine after shaking to create a gentle, milky texture. When used daily, it ensures hydrated, radiant, and more even-toned skin. Ideal for anyone aiming for a "glass skin" finish.
